 # 1. Is your site secure? Can I order safely?

Reply : This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%. Here's why :

First, the site you are visiting is on a HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. ALL PAGES on this site are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

Then we took the services of the WORLD leader in website protection (McAfee) who standby every second  on all the data passing through this site (you will also find the small McAfee program on each of the pages at the bottom right. It is there, it watches, and it makes sure that nobody tries to hack the system) .

And finally, concerning the payment, we use Paypal and Stripe which are the references as regards security of transactions on the Internet.

# 3. I only received part of my order. How come ?

Reply : It's normal. Your items come from different places and to avoid waiting too long, we prefer to deliver your order as soon as one or more items are ready.

You will therefore receive your order in several packages (which will prolong the joy of discovering a new package in its mailbox over several days)

# 4. I have ordered for more than 15 days and have not yet received anything.

Reply  : Yes it's normal. The delivery time is between 2 and 7 weeks.

It is much closer to 2 than to 7 but sometimes it is a little longer.

This is because we work directly with producers, this is what allows us to offer you the best prices.

In all cases, if you have not received your item within 60 days then we will reimburse you and keep the item when you receive it.
