At Zen-Buddha, we do our best to make sure that the descriptions of our products are as detailed as possible, so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive your order.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order modification / cancellation policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders.Themost orders are processed within 12 to 48 hours.
If you want to change your order for any reason, please send us an email tocontact@zenbouddha.com within 12 hours.
Return policy
We accept all returns within 7 days from the time you receive your products.
For this, contact support. He will send you a return form to complete and sign.
- The article is damaged or defective
If, despite our checks, your item arrives damaged, simply contact us with your order number and one or more photos. Your item will be replaced immediately.
- You no longer like the item or you want to change the size
If you no longer like an item, or the size is not suitable for that, contact our supportcontact@zenbouddha.com
Two solutions will be proposed to you:
- Return the item and we will refund you with a good purchase
- Return the item with the new size, ...
However, if we can no longer supply this article or the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund.
How to return an item?
- Contact supportcontact@zenbouddha.comwho will provide you with the return form.
- Fill in this form by indicating your name, first name, order number, date of order; date of receipt, reason and then sign.
- Return the item by registered mail for security reasons.
Important note: Returned items must be new (never worn) and in their original packaging.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be checked for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
