7 Natural Healing Stones

This set of 7 stones represents the 7 chakras  which are known to improve the flow of energies in your body.

The Ayurvedic medicine  distinguishes seven chakras ("wheels" in Sanskrit) which are strategic points which allow the human body to absorb energy. If the ancient texts mention up to 88,000 chakras, it has been shown that our body is governed by three vertical channels  in which energy flows through seven main chakras distributed along the spine.

When energy is embedded in one or all of your chakras, it can often affect your well-being and lead to illness. It is therefore important to understand what each chakra represents and what you can do to help the circulation of energy flows.

Each of these energy centers has a location and is associated with a color and certain stones:

1. The Root chakra or Muladhara chakra  in Sanskrit is located at the base of the spine at the level of the coccyx or perineum.

1. The throat chakra, or vishuddhi chakra, is located at the base of the neck.

Blue color

1. The forehead chakra, or ajna chakra, is located between the two eyebrows (the point sometimes called the "third eye").
